Eventchain's IOS Check-in App

Event Hub has released an IOS ready to use at Events,

The IOS app can be used for:

• Scanning tickets - generated using Event Hub Ticketing

• Manual Check-in at an event

• Searching an Event Guest list for attendee data

• Triggering a resend of tickets to a guest.

How to download the IOS app

You can find it by searching "Event Hub - VIP in the Apple app store. The app is free to download.

Login

You can log in using the same user pass as you have set in Eventchain.

Label Printing

As of February 2026, Checking can automatically create a label using this printer: the Brother QL-820NWB.
