Event Hubs' ideas center around the benefits of having one source of truth for all events, aggregated and consistent reporting (like an FBT report), and leveraging new technologies across many functions.
Event Hub defines 2 main types of Events.
"Connected Events" - these are events added to your site that are automatically sourced from the Venues we work with and use our software. In these cases, we can share Event data, Agenda, images and tickets automatically and you can share data like Food and Beverage orders or guests lists back to the Venue.

EH offers up to 25% VIP discount where if you refer EH to another Venue who subsequently uses the EH platform.
"Business Events" - Business Events are events managed inside our application and “owned” of your organization. These might be trade fairs, CEO roadshows, race days, or XMAS parties. More and more companies who use our application for VIP Events like these.
Business Events can also be Public hospitality events where a venue or team does not use our software.
In this case, we can help build these events(you can upload them from a file) or you can add yourself and upload tickets. (Unfortunately, you will not be able to place a catering order)
From that point on all processes remain identical., supporting the Event Hub strategy of ;
"one system for all events".
