These plans are for teams (hirers) and promoters using the Eventchain commercial model, also known as our grid model. Pricing for corporates, sponsors and venues is separate.
We've taken the time to understand and build features that support our teams, as opposed to our corporates, sponsors or venues. After working through the Finals with NRL HQ, we're publishing our new team plans.
Eventchain covers the full chain — everything after tribe (lead) management. All prices are in AUD per month, with no lock-in contract. See them on our pricing page.

Sales widgets include direct URLs and buttons rendering checkout only, event widgets, an AI-based sales widget, and an MD file explaining Eventchain APIs that you can upload to your AI tool.
Finance integration includes invoice generation and blocking ticket release if unpaid.
CRM integration includes lead-forward account management.
VIP is how you run invitation-led events such as annual dinners, CEO events and networking nights, whether complimentary or sold.
Medium and Enterprise teams can add the Full VIP module to any ancillary event. It is billed per attendee on top of your monthly plan: $3 per attendee on Medium and $2 per attendee on Enterprise. It isn't available on Standard.

Pricing and billing. All prices are in AUD per month, with no lock-in contract. GST treatment and additional barcode pricing will be confirmed for your plan. The Full VIP module is billed per attendee on top of your monthly plan.
Barcodes. Included barcodes apply where you manage your own venue gate. Where you are a team only, the barcode arrangement is between you and the venue.
Users. Eventchain automatically removes users after 60 days of no use. Your team manages all other user access and is accountable for active users.
Selling through our APIs. We recommend selling through our checkout URLs and widgets rather than our APIs. If you sell through the APIs, your developers will need to handle out-of-stock, timeouts when several users buy at once, and allocation rules. Our owner API posts don't support these, and the asset API post only supports updates.
