You can include host contact details in the calendar file guests download after completing RSVP.
Steps
1. Go to EVENTS ADMINISTRATION and find your event.
2. Click Edit.
3. Go to RSVP & EDM CONFIG and tick Include host information in calendar file.
4. Click Save.
Outcome
When a guest confirms attendance, an Add to calendar pop-up appears. When they download the .ics file, the host details are included in the calendar entry.
