Add a Custom Question to the RSVP Page

You can ask guests a single custom question during RSVP. This is configured per event by a Client Administrator.

Important: The question type cannot be changed once a guest has responded.

Steps

1. From EVENTS ADMINISTRATION, find your event.

2. Click Edit.

3. Go to RSVP & EDM CONFIG and check Enable Custom Question in RSVP. Fill in the label, description, and type.

4. Click Save.

Outcome

Guests are asked your custom question during RSVP. Responses are viewable in Guest Management → Attendee Details → RSVP Response, and in the Advanced Guest List export.
