If a guest declines or doesn't respond, you can cancel their ticket and free it up for someone else.
Note: You cannot cancel a ticket for a guest who has already accepted.
1. From GUEST MANAGEMENT, expand the Event Name panel to see guest status.
2. Find the guest who has declined or not responded. Click More → Cancel.
3. Click OK to confirm. A pop-up confirms the cancellation.
The total available tickets updates automatically. Cancelled guests show a [Cancelled] label. You can then re-invite a new guest to fill the spot.
