Guests can add dietary preferences and additional comments during the RSVP process. Here's how to find that information per guest.
Tip: Dietary preferences are only visible to Client Administrators and Department Administrators. Aggregated dietary needs are available in the guest report and Guest Check-in App.
1. Go to Guest Management and locate your event.
2. Click the event panel to open the guest list.
3. Use Filter RSVP Requests and select Dietary to show only guests with dietary requirements.
4. Click Edit on the guest.
5. In the pop-up, go to RSVP RESULTS to view dietary details.
6. To check a partner's dietary needs, click anywhere on the guest panel to reveal partners/extra tickets, then click Edit on the partner.
7. All partner information, including dietary requirements, is shown under Attendee Details.
