Enabling child-friendly configuration lets clients specify how many children will attend and displays children's menus accordingly. Pricing for standard adult menus is calculated on adults only, and children's menus on children only.
Prerequisite: You must have a children's menu set up before enabling this feature.
1. Go to PRODUCTS & SERVICES → Flows.
2. Select the appropriate flow and click Edit.
3. Check the Child Friendly button.
4. Add the children's menu step and tick the Children's Menu box.
5. Click Save.
When guests RSVP, they are asked to enter the number of adults and children. Standard menu quantity is calculated for adults only. Children's menus are calculated for children only.
