Events are the foundation of Event Hub. Creating an event is the first step to managing guests and collaborating with your team.
Required role: Client Administrator.
Click the circle with a "+" at the top right (New Event button).
Complete the following fields in the New Event modal:
Name — event title
Tags — for filtering and reporting
Event Type
Start and End date/time
Venue Name
Facility Name — use NA if not applicable (used for suite or box assets)
Number of tickets — the available seats. Can be changed at any time and does NOT restrict the number of invites you can send.
Calendar Text — the date saved into the calendar icon at the end of the RSVP process.
