Event Hub is built around one core idea: one system for all events. All events, reporting, and tools live in one place, giving your organisation consistent data and visibility.
Connected Events are automatically sourced from Venues that also use Event Hub software. Event data, agenda, images, and tickets sync automatically. You can also share data back to the venue, such as food and beverage orders or guest lists.

Business Events are events owned and managed by your organisation inside Event Hub. Examples include trade fairs, CEO roadshows, race days, and Christmas parties.
Business Events also cover public hospitality events where the venue does not use Event Hub software. In this case, you can upload events from a file or add them manually and upload tickets. Note: catering orders are not available for these events.
Once set up, all processes are identical regardless of event type.
