Eventchain "Teams" - plans, terms and conditions

These price lines are for teams (hirer) or promoters using the Event Chain commercial model. Also known as our “grid model”. This is separate from our VIP model.

There are many systems throughout the events space - many disconnected apps performing a variety of tasks. Each option below has a specific objective.

This document is part of important discussions and workshops scheduled for May–June 2026, and its direction will be shaped during that time.

Support an essential Workflow that integrates with a Venue.

• 55c per barcode charges apply where you are a venue and team. Where you are a team {only} the commercial relationship will be between the team and the venue.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

Using our APis for selling updates rather than our checkout urls is not recommended. Please note you may need to manage;

• out of stocK,

• multi user time outs, and

• allocation rules.

These sophisticated and complex features are not supported via our owner API posts, your developers will need to build these if required, The asset API post will only support update.

Eventchain automatically deletes users after 60 days of non use. 
Other users management at teams discretion. For users less than 60 days
